Notice of Hearing For Permanent Guardianship Order To Farrell Yellowhorse Sr. Take notice that on the 28th of July 2014 at 9:30 a.m., at Calgary Family Court, Courtroom #1208, 601 – 5th Street SW, Calgary, Alberta, a hearing will take place. A Director, under the Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act will make an application for: Custody Order; Permanent Guardianship Order of your children born on May 11, 2010, May 6, 2012, and September 1, 2013. If you wish to speak to this matter in court, you MUST appear in court on this date. You do have the right to be represented by a lawyer. If you do not attend in person or by a lawyer, an Order may be made in your absence and the Judge may make a different Order than the one being applied for by the Director. You will be bound by any Order the Judge makes. You do have the right to appeal the Order within 30 days from the date the Order is made.
